CCMH Data

The data contributed to CCMH by members is used  to benefit the field of college student mental health. CCMH encourages the analysis of this data by those interested in contributing to the research and understanding of this field. Data can be accessed in several ways:

  1. CCMH Data Navigator  – This service allows guests to examine national aggregate data for trends and relationships. CCMH Members (with data contributions in 2012-2013 or 2013-2014) can examine outcomes by demographic variables and compare their institution to peer institutions. (This service was adapted with support from the Healthy Minds Study at the University of Michigan.)
  2. Summary Data File – This simplified version of a CCMH data year allows current members to explore data for a given year at a birds-eye level. CCMH members may request a copy of the most recent summary data file by contacting us.  The summary data file is intended for casual data exploration and internal reporting purposes. It is not to be used for research and/or publications.
  3. Data Request – The CCMH Data Access Policy provides a standard process by which interested parties may request access to the aggregate data for research-level analyses. Click here to download a copy of the Data Access Policy and Data Request Application.
