To access the CCAPS instruments, centers must register and become a member with CCMH. More information about membership can be found here: http://ccmh.psu.edu/member-benefits/
The CCAPS became available for use in 2007. Since this implementation there have been several new iterations of the CCAPS assessment tools as well as expansion to several platforms. The 2019 CCAPS is the latest available iteration. Below are descriptions of the ways to access the CCAPS. Membership with CCMH is required for all options.
Titanium Software (CCMH partner) is the only electronic medical record (EMR) system to centrally implement the CCAPS and the SDS. While the CCAPS is available through several platforms, the SDS is only available in Titanium Schedule.
The CCAPS-EMR Web Service makes it possible for EMR software to quickly, easily, and securely deliver automated and up-to-date scoring of the CCAPS instruments to counseling center customers. For counseling centers, this means that the CCAPS can be securely administered, scored, and stored directly within your existing EMR software – thus streamlining data collection and informing clinical work. A list of authorized CCAPS distributors can be found here. Information about how the web-service works can be found here.
CCAPS Scoring Website (CCAPS-Web)
The CCAPS-Web provides CCMH members with a universal, web-based platform to enter/store/manage CCAPS data and generate Profile Reports for the CCAPS 2019. The CCAPS-Web can be used outside of an EMR system and requires paper and pen administration of the CCAPS. This service is intended for counseling centers that do not use an electronic medical record system or use an EMR that is not an authorized CCAPS distributor.
