The data contributed to CCMH by members is used to benefit the field of college student mental health. CCMH encourages the analysis of this data by those interested in contributing to the research and understanding of this field. Data can be accessed in several ways:
- CCMH Data Navigator – This service allows guests to examine national aggregate data for trends and relationships. CCMH Members (with data contributions in 2012-2013, 2013-2014, 2014-2015, 2015-2016, 2016-2017 or 2017-2018) can examine outcomes by demographic variables and compare their institution to peer institutions. (This service was adapted with support from the Healthy Minds Study at the University of Michigan.)
- National Comparison Reports – All CCMH members have access to two different National Comparison Reports. Titanium user can access these reports via Titanium through the reports tab. Medicat, PyraMED, Point N Click, and CCAPS-Web users can access these reports via CCAPS-Web. The primary contact person at each institution has an account to access these reports. The Initial Distress Report allows you to examine your clients’ CCAPS subscales compared to the national sample. The Pre-Post Report allows you to examine how client change at you center compares to other schools.
- Data Request – Individuals may complete and submit Data Request Applications to obtain anonymized data from the CCMH sample. Please see our Requesting Data page for more information.
