Center for Collegiate Mental Health Fees & Payments

CCMH Membership Fees: The CCMH membership cycle runs from July 1st-June 30th each year.  New joining members pay annual membership fees up-front as part of their registration.

**As of July 1, 2019, membership fees will be based on the number of students served at your counseling center.  You may refer to the number of unique students served at your center during the 18-19 fiscal year. Please reach out to with any questions.

Data Access Fee: (NON-Members) $500 fee for independent researchers.  Additional data cleaning fee: $100/hour for non-members and $50/hour for members.  Details regarding the additional data cleaning fee can be found in the Data Request Application.

Note: Credit card payments cannot be accepted over the phone, and must be made online.

To submit payment via check:  Please see instructions provided on the invoice that was sent to you by CCMH. To expedite processing provide either a check number or PO number to CCMH from your fiscal department.
